1、 Core component composition and function
Cold shrink insulation tube
Material: Imported silicone rubber, with a temperature resistance range of -50 ℃~105 ℃, resistant to ultraviolet radiation, salt spray, and chemical corrosion.Function: Tightly wrap the cable insulation layer through elastic contraction, eliminate air gaps, and improve insulation strength (power frequency withstand voltage of 45kV/1min).Cold shrink finger cots (branch cots)Design: Three core bifurcated integrated structure, suitable for 25-500mm 2 cable cross-sections.Function: Seal cable branches to prevent moisture infiltration and simplify the process of handling multi-core cables.stress control tubeTechnology: Geometric electric field homogenization design reduces electrical stress concentration at the cross-section of the semiconducting layer, ensuring long-term safe operation.
Spring and Grounding ComponentApplication: Fixed steel armored ground wire and copper shielded ground wire, no welding required, tensile strength ≥ 500N.Advantages: Supports dual ground wire separation (steel armor and shielding layer independently grounded), in compliance with explosion-proof site regulations.Auxiliary material packageIncludes: semiconducting tape, waterproof adhesive, silicone grease, and cleaning paper, used for insulation surface treatment and sealing reinforcement.2、 Standardized installation processStripping and pretreatmentPeel off the protective sheath according to the size (keep 30mm of steel armor and 10mm of inner protective layer), polish the steel armor and fix the ground wire.Key point: Wrap the copper shielding end with PVC tape to prevent looseness.Install branch sleeves and insulation pipesInsert the cold shrink finger sleeve into the fork, first pull out the lower spiral strip, and then pull out the finger tube strip to ensure uniform shrinkage.
The cold shrink insulation tube covers the branch sleeve by 15mm, and automatically compresses the cable insulation layer after pulling out the strip.Stress control and Terminal crimpingHalf conductive tape wrapped around the transition zone between copper shielding and insulation layer, with smooth steps (overlapping 5mm).
After crimping the wiring Terminals, apply silicone grease and install stress control tubes to eliminate partial discharge (≤ 20pC).
Sealing and ProtectionFill the crimping area with adhesive, cover the terminal gap with a cold shrink sealing tube, and wrap the outer protective layer 60mm with waterproof tape.
Armor tape curing protection (optional), suitable for outdoor or highly corrosive environments.
