1、 Core technology innovation: Bottom layer support for 2-hour high-speed power on

Prefabricated module design

Fully enclosed vacuum arc extinguishing chamber: using 252kV single break vacuum environmental protection circuit breaker technology (SF6 alternative solution), the module completes insulation testing and logic verification before leaving the factory, and on-site debugging is not required.

Standardized functional unit: The switchgear is divided into three main modules: incoming, control, and outgoing, and supports immediate lifting and use. Based on the experience of standardized low-voltage cabinets in Guangzhou, the interface compatibility has been improved by 80%, making it suitable for power supply vehicles from different manufacturers.

Revolutionary connectivity technology

Hydraulic self-locking quick plug interface: The high-voltage Terminal adopts a conical guide+hydraulic locking design, with a plug and unplug operation time of ≤ 5 minutes per interface (traditional crimping requires 30 minutes), and a protection level of IP68 (waterproof and mud proof).

Intelligent identification system: the plug is embedded in the RFID chip, and the phase sequence is automatically identified and misoperation is locked (the misoperation rate in rainstorm repair in Henan is reduced to 0)

2、 Flood prevention adaptability design

Anti environmental interference

Moisture and condensation prevention: The cabinet is filled with micro positive pressure dry air (pressure 50-100Pa) to isolate moisture from entering (measured insulation resistance>1000M Ω in an environment with 100% humidity).

Seismic and impact resistance: The frame adopts a cold-rolled steel embedded channel steel structure, which has passed the 8th level vibration test (simulating the 10th level wind force of a typhoon).

Intelligent safety interlock

Integrating the Internet of Things system of Dianhong, it can monitor the partial discharge and temperature parameters in the cabinet in real time, and automatically lock the live operation in rainstorm.

The grounding knife switch is mechanically interlocked with the switch to prevent accidental closing (achieving zero safety accidents in Henan emergency rescue).
